• Classroom Training: Classroom training is conducted at your site using your PCs and classroom, providing detailed attention to all functions and one-on-one assistance to make sure your team’s needs are met. Bricsnet provides comprehensive electronic documentation for each product module, for administrators and general users.
• Train-the-Trainer Classes: For organizations with skilled training departments that can pass knowledge on to end users, we offer Train-the-Trainer. As with our standard classroom courses, the Train-the-Trainer program offers comprehensive, editable electronic documentation.
• Webinar Training: As an economical alternative to classroom training, Bricsnet offers Webinar training for selected modules and functions. Trainees can learn at their desks or in a classroom using an Internet and telephone connection.
• Self-Study Training: Team members with difficult schedules or work locations can take advantage of Bricsnet’s self-study training program, learning at their own pace with the help of thorough, easy-to-understand training manuals.
• Ride-Along Training: Sometimes the best training option is to work side-by-side with an expert. For this purpose Bricsnet offers ride-along training for up to two users at a time. Some technical training offerings – such as Operating System/Database Installation Support and Application Installation Support – are offered only in ride-along mode.
