You can elect to subscribe to our software as a service at a fixed monthly rate, to purchase our system and have it hosted in our state-of-the-art data center, or to bring Bricsnet completely into your internal data center environment.

We will help you to determine where it makes the most sense to utilize our robust out-of-box functionality, where configurations should be made to meet your specific business needs, and how best to interface to your other important business systems by leveraging Bricsnet’s Services Oriented Architecture and our comprehensive and robust array of Web Services.
  
  Bricsnet’s services team will work with you to develop a project plan that divides the work logically into six phases:

1. Requirements and Analysis: Bricsnet wants to meet all of your business requirements in a way that gives you measurable success. To do that we will carefully map out your requirements, and build an understanding of your current situation so that together we can determine the steps required to bring your information and people online quickly.
2. Module Configuration: Based on our understanding of your requirements, Bricsnet will determine how to leverage our flexible user interface to set up screens, workflows and business rules to match your processes.
3. Conversion: After reviewing your current information and systems, Bricsnet will bring your data into our system, at the same time helping you to improve accuracy and develop tracking mechanisms to improve performance.
4. Interfaces: In today’s business environment, technology systems need to work together to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and elimination of duplicate efforts. Bricsnet will work with you to develop automated interfaces that leverage our Services Oriented Architecture to provide seamless data and process interaction.
5. Business Intelligence: Many clients choose to supplement Bricsnet’s robust out-of-box reports with additional reports designed to serve specific needs. Bricsnet will help you define, and then design and execute reports that bring your information to life.
6. Rollout: Bricsnet will help you to carefully manage all of the rollout activities needed to ensure success: Data Validation, Testing, Training and more.
