Professional Services Engineer

Position Description:
As a Professional Services Engineer your responsibility is to provide post-sales services and support for Building|Center customers. This position requires strong technical and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work with customers under a variety of circumstances and understand and meet customer expectations is a requirement. The individual must be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills. As the technical lead for a customer implementation you will work together with an account manager as primary customer contact to develop the best strategy for a successful Building|Center implementing. A large part of the PSE’s responsibilities will likely consist of scoping, designing, documenting and implementing integration requirements.

The PSE should also be able to assist in the sales cycle to understand, size and scope customer requirements; as such a background of Corporate Real Estate or Finance is a plus. Travel required. Off hours work (evenings and weekends) required on occasion based on customer needs.
