Account Executive
Position Description:
The Sales Director has primary responsibility for selling enterprise software solutions to C level executives in various vertical/geographic markets. This includes prospecting, developing sales strategies to penetrate accounts, and closing sales for our largest account opportunities. Positions are available in east, west and southern territories with exact locations to be determined and negotiable
Duties/Responsibilities
- Individual lead qualifying, cold calling, prospecting, account planning, account management, and sales forecasting.
- Utilizing disciplined process for managing consultative sales opportunities to closure (e.g. “Solution Selling”, “Strategic Selling”, “Selling to VITO”)
- CLOSING NEW BUSINESS CONTRACTS ($100K-$500K) with enterprise clients for software license and professional services.
- Ability to orchestrate company resources efficiently in a team selling environment
- Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.
- Attending trade shows and conferences on Bricsnet’s behalf and travel to meet with prospective clients as needed.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years with proven experience selling enterprise software solutions. to Fortune 1000 accounts. Must be experienced with six to nine month selling cycles that involve multiple executive level decision makers.
- Ability to analyze, assess and address prospect’s needs in the enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services.
- Demonstrated successful selling in a consultative/team environment and building new business within existing territory is essential.
- Dedicated, ethical and determined person that is willing to assist the customer to find success when working with Bricsnet.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of sales automation tools
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs.
Compensation:
Base Salary + commission, expenses and benefits, stock options.
